FROMM is focused on developing sustainable and environmentally friendly products. Reduce, Reuse & Recycle – Reduced resource consumption through efficiency, reuse of products and recycling and of materials.

FROMM Australia is pleased to announce a new green initiative in Australia. We have formed a local partnership with an authorised and approved plastics recycler.  This is a significant step forward and investment into sustainability programs both here in Australia and overseas.

Customers across Australia with used Plastic (PET) strapping can chop the material using a Sweed Chopper into small pieces and place it into large bags. Once there is enough material it can be returned to any one of FROMM's East Coast operations where it will be arranged to be reprocessed and reused.

As the material is returned to FROMM, a certificate of recycling is issued to you. This is a great initiative and cements our sustainable footprint in the Australian market.

This development means that not only is FROMM's PET strap made from 100% recycled materials, but it is also now actively recycled again and again.

Following in the footsteps of our FROMM International Environmental policies, FROMM Australia is striving to ensure we develop environmental standards that benefit and support Australian businesses. Our goal is to limit the effects our products have on the environment. We actively strive, to develop and produce packaging machines and consumables for a better planet.
