High-Performance Packing Line: Fully Automated Carton Erector and Closing Solution

Our customer sought to upgrade their packing line by installing a carton erector and bottom sealer, along with a fully automated carton sealer further down the line. 

FROMM provided innovative protective packaging equipment, capable of forming and delivering up to 800 boxes per hour. These boxes are seamlessly transferred through the bottom sealing system, ready for filling. 

The customer's packing line flows efficiently from the filling station to the FROMM carton sealing machine, where tape is applied to the top of each box, creating a securely sealed box packaging. 

Once sealed, the finished products are picked up by a robotic system and placed onto a pallet. The pallets are then stretch wrapped and prepared for despatch to end users. 

The FROMM solution was installed and fully operational within just a few days, achieved through close collaboration with the customer to optimise results.
