Supporting Steptember for Cerebral Palsy
FROMM Packaging Australia was thrilled to support "The Cheymberlin Steppers" in their STEPtember challenge, where participants aim to achieve 10,000 steps daily to raise funds for cerebral palsy. This initiative not only raises awareness but also funds critical resources and research for those affected by cerebral palsy. Every dollar raised contributes to providing essential equipment, therapy, and services, as well as supporting ground breaking research aimed at prevention and eventually finding a cure.
The funds raised for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), have already contributed to a significant 40% reduction in cerebral palsy rate in Australia over the past two decades. This momentum is crucial for continuing support in areas such as early intervention for babies at risk, essential research in regenerative medicine and innovative mobility technologies, and life- changing assistive devices like eye-gaze technology.
